We have a great line-up of inspiring and creative teachers - Christina Thomas, Cathie King, Janice Ashby, Bev Burke, Joanne Fisette, Liz Faminoff and Diana Bartelings.
We are very pleased to be hosting Liz Faminoff this September, for the first time. Her Tree Top Nesters (Herons) workshop only has 2 spots remaining - if you've been thinking about signing up, don't delay! Joanne Fisette is back with us, this time sharing her Quail Crossing project. As requested, Janice will be teaching the Quilt Diva, and Diana will be showing us how to create Attic Windows.

A great starting point to a creative and fulfilling hobby - this 5 part Series gives you the knowledge and confidence needed to create your first quilt - the Jewel Box Quilt. To meet your needs Christina is offering you the flexibility of choosing the size of your quilt. These classes are not only for the beginner, but for those who wish to revisit some of their skills. Class Name: BC100 - The Basics: What Do We Know? Where Do We Go?

Description:
The first class will teach basic skills. You will learn about which needle, thread and fabric works best for which task; rotary cutting; attaining the perfect ¼ inch seam and correct pressing techniques. By the end of class you will have created a 4, 6 or 9 patch block, your choice, in the fabrics you have chosen.
